Everything was good

The only criticism we have is that the sunbeds around the pool were 'busy' all day and largely underused. It would have been better if a member of staff were to police the 'If the sunbed is not used in an hour you lose the sunbed' policy.

"A wonderful stay with excellent service and facilities, but I hope the hotel will pay more attention to cleaning the bea"

The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and located right by Karon Beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The pool area and facilities are also great for relaxing.

The beach area in front of the hotel needs more attention. The sea brings in a lot of plastic and debris, and unfortunately it is not cleaned regularly, so to get to the water you have to walk through litter.
