Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The curb appeal of the motel is not inviting. However, once inside the room, my concerns went away. It was just fine and consequently so was our stay.

"Scary place on the outside "

This place looked run down and scary. However the room was updated and relatively nice. The carpet was dirty - I wore shoes. The bathroom was large and clean and the mirror was nice, but the bathtub had several knicks around the rim - not sure what caused them. The bed was decent and the TV was large and there was a fridge and a microwave and a Keurig. They are clearly making an effort to improve the place.

Reasonable cost. Bed, shower, tv. Everything worked fine. Good bed, good pillows.

Really minimal amenities. No breakfast. Had to go to the office to get some micro bars of soap, and the (very nice) staff seemed perplexed.
