Tolle Location am Fluss, Aussenanlagen, Garten, Rasen sehr gepflegt, schöner kleiner Pool, schönes Terassenrestaurant, wunderbarer tropischer Baumbestand, alles sehr sauber. Am besten: herzliche, offene, zuvorkommende, äußerst aufmerksame Mitarbeiter im Restaurant, Service und Housekeeping. Exzellente regionale Küche (Lanna Style), es gibt auch noch die Option "italienisch" für Menschen, die die europäische Esskultur nicht missen möchten. Zimmerausstattung funktional top (Safe, Minibar usw).

Rezeptionspersonal - nur teilweise - etwas muffig und wenig empathisch oder einfach nur desinteressiert. Zimmer sehr geräumig, aber Mobiliar und Infrastruktur z.T. mit deutlichen Abnutzungserscheinungen (Dusche, Armaturen, Holzmobiliar...). Hier täte ein bisschen Auffrischung gut, vielleicht auch nur ein paar Dekoelemente, dann würde man sich noch wohler fühlen.
