Check-in was fast and easy. The staff was supper accommodating and friendly.

Impeccable as advertised!

The hotel is stunning. We were upgraded to a corner suite with all glass views if the skyline - an unexpected “gift” and greeted with sparkling wine as we entered the hotel. Staff were wonderfully friendly throughout and accommodating. We also had a lovely Italian meal at Scampo, and breakfast at Clink. When we forgot our phone in the car, the valet assistant went to retrieve it and brought it to us at dinner!

A very unique hotel and experience. Very entertaining and would recommend anyone visiting Boston to stay there

I was there for 1 night. Inside of hotel as you walk in is pretty impressive. It’s cool how they renovated the old jail. The incidentals card hold was ridiculous. That’s not publicized anywhere on their website, by the way. I thought that was shady, and I did complain. Think that’s a national issue that needs resolving. Room was pretty cool but I wasn’t impressed with dry bar options/drink selection. There were minimal choices. Pretty subpar. I was also not impressed that there were no outlets on the side of the bed to charge your phone. I had to use a different outlet away from the bed. I woke up after a nap at 11:30 pm. There is no late night in-room dining options during the week. Glad they took that incidental hold.

This is a truly incredible property.
