Hyatt Regency Bali

Had a lovely stay , Staff very attentive and helpful, wonderful location nice pools . Rooms getting a bit tired and Europeans blocking sun beds from before the pool opened and then not using them for long periods was annoying .

Super groot en veilig peuterbad. Heel lief personeel.Elke dag een kinderhoekje bij het ontbijt. De dames van de kidsclub gaan zo lief en betrokken met de kindjes om. Het eten is ook geweldig.

Kleine puntjes: Geen droogrek op het balkon. Als je in gebouw drie zit moet je wel ver lopen.

Staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a pleasant garden outlook. The daily breakfast was fabulous - so much choice including fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, local and international dishes. A lovely spa centre including sauna, spa, cold plunge and adults-only pool. Enjoyed spa treatments and a great gym. Piano bar 3 nights a week and good restaurants.

Room was clean and comfy. Position on beach, near restaurants and shopping was great. Staff were excellent.

All pools and surrounding areas were noisy with kids. Would be nice to have one adults only pool area- and not the cold pool near the beach.

The rooms were lovely , comfy bed , staff were awesome, good location.

For me it is to big. Everywhere looks the same I got lost every time I left my room.

Amazing resort with exceptional service and facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The on-site restaurants were outstanding—we enjoyed them so much that we ended up dining there multiple times. There are also plenty of great dining options and excellent coffee spots within and around the resort. One of the highlights was the beach area. The sun loungers were comfortable, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. We always had no trouble finding a spot to relax by the beach. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of storage, a large bathroom, and a fantastic shower. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. I genuinely couldn't fault this resort. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we're already looking forward to returning.
