No working elevator.

I've stayed here before and returned forthe location, the value, and the home like comforts

The only complaints I have are that the property isn't being kept up as well as it used to be. One of our bedside table lamps was broken and we needed the light. The frying pans were very old and everything we cooked stuck. Our toilet stopped up several times while we were there and the elevator was broken for several hours and we had a person in our party who wasn't able to climb stairs. There also needs to be more handicap parking.

The apartment was sort of comfortable.

The elevator was broken, the room was up 4 flights of stairs. Was not informed of this by the staff. A major deal breaker for ALL people EVERYWHERE… no parking near the room, so I had to walk even further with bags in the 95 degree heat. The building layout is also horrible and confusing. There was also a faint mold smell and nothing seemed to work quite right in the room which could have been overlooked bc of price however the four flights of stairs and no parking really killed it. Basically, this place is a slum in disguise. The good reviews are from a different time period with a different owner. The worst part of Asheville

bathroom door hinges squeeked like crazy.

Close to Biltmore and very quiet. It has a nice pool

No maid service

Pretty, clean, close to focal point of destination. Very clean!

Few minor repairs needed...

Very pretty and comfy feeling.

Could definitely use updates to the facility. The room we stayed in had floor boards that popped up when you walked on them but altogether it wasn’t too bad.
