Location was great

Sehr gut ausgestattete, gemütliche Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Gute Lage, bin gleich nicht direkt Downtown. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

So close to the biltmore entrance and wonderful shopping and restaurants. Every where we went was 5-10 mins

Furniture in suite was outdated for sure and not so inviting.

It’s location

They really need to make some updates. We’ve stayed here periodically for years, and unfortunately not much has changed. If you’re planning to cook, don’t expect a well-equipped kitchen—the cookware and utensils are very worn out. The furniture in the living room is also showing its age. I had hoped that with the new name and rebranding, there would have been some noticeable improvements, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Everything was fantastic! The 1 bedroom suite was perfect and very spacious for what it cost! I'm so happy I stumbled upon this gem of a place. It's so close to Biltmore estate. I'll definitely book here again.

Sad that the fireplace wasn't turned on. I guess they shut off the gas for summer months. But our stay was in May and it was cold and rainy the whole weekend so it would have been nice 😞

The property was beautiful!

The room was dirty. Pee on the toilet seat, and it smelled bad. They really need to update the property. A lot of old damage. Other than that, the price was good for what we got. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant was also closed however it was showing temporary closure.

I wish the Fitness room was more accessible.

Location works very well for our Asheville visit. Appreciate having a suite-type situation. We often want to get going in the a.m. & works well that we can have a quick breakfast & get going for the day. And having a cold drink & snack waiting at the end of the day is relaxing. We also ate at Azalea one evening when we were too tired to go elsewhere. Very good burger & comfortable setting. We also enjoy the small terrace for relaxation.

Room furnishings are becoming very worn. Wood laminate is peeling from some furniture & upholstery is wearing. Wall where refrigerator door hits looks very bad. Need to repair & install some type of bumper for the door. When going to Azalea, we walked & travelled thru the buildings. The stairways are becoming very worn, chipped, and bent. We felt we needed to be careful travelling on them. Also some of the linens need to be retired. They either have holes, are unraveling, or just normal use causes them to "shred".
