Great hotel in a great location, we enjoyed our brief stay and would chose this place again if we're ever in the area. For car travellers - it has underground car park and some outside spaces for cars, no issues for a "regular" car but I'd take care with anything sports/exotic.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very varied. Eggs can be cooked in advance. Spa and indoor pool was excellent.

Walls are thin in the rooms. You can hear the neighbouring guests. Outdoor pool was small compared to the photo in the website.

Although it is a 4 star hotel, the amount we were charged was more for a 5 star hotel, very poor value for money for the following reasons: 1. Rooms and bathrooms are extremely dark and gloomy, you would literally need your mobile torch to look for things in the dressing room. 2. The toilet is in a separate area, and you cant even use with the door closed because theres no space for your knees to be squashed in! It is that bad! 3. There is no hair conditioner in the bathrooms, and with the amount charged by night, this is the least i would expect! 4. Everynight we would call the housekeeping to come open the sofa bed before 7pm as my kids sleep early and they dont arrive before 8pm because they ‘are busy’, so my 5 and 7 year olds sit for an hour so cranky and crying, waiting for their bed to be opened. I even suggested from the first day not to close it and just leave it open for the whole week to avoid this problem and this was not done! 5. Lastly, we had a meal at the beef lodge, four of us ordered the beef fillet medium cooked, it was extremely chewy we couldnt it eat. Extremely bad meat quality. I will never return to this hotel again, it definitely needs renovation especially the lighting and the bathrooms. Yasmine

The staff at this hotel are the loveliest in the world! They make you feel so welcome and very, very special - there are no lengths they wont go to to deliver amazing customer service. Benjamin the concierge can recommend and reserve the best tables in town, including the Lodge Park's own Beef Lodge restaurant. For exceptional cocktails, look no further than the Lodge Park Bar where Leo will mix you delicious classics often with his own fabulous and innovative twists! I cannot thank the whole team enough for what has been my best holiday ever. This is our fourth stay here, and it just gets better and better!

We stayed at the Lodge Park for our ski holiday and found the location great. Nice rooms (toilets too small though) and great spa too. Fantastic, very friendly and very responsive team happy to help and organise anything. Sebastien, Alice and the rest of the team definitely get a 5 star! Only negative was the music coming up to our room (2nd floor room 210) despite being told it would stop at 22:00 and despite having specifically asked for a quiet room. An outside loudspeaker on the terrace was switched off immediately and after calling on sunday, wednesday and friday evenings a bit after 22:00 to ask to lower the sound, it was indeed lowered straight away. Just annoying to have to ask everytime and that hotel has DJ three evenings a week. All in all very happy with the stay and also that the team was keen to get feedback upon our departure. I hope that the volume will be properly monitored in the future and that what is sold as a quiet room will indeed be quiet room!:-)

3 nights on the row with noise from other rooms, the staff is useless, they say “we take note”, but no action, they ruined our Holliday, we leave. They let 10 young people entering the hotel at 3:00am, what a surprise (for them) they make noise.

Simply incredible stay yet again! This is our second time staying at Lodge Park and as always, it didn’t disappoint. We took my parents along with us this time and we simply had the best time. We chose a fireplace room, which we had last year too, the room was spacious and the dressing area was so helpful to have. One thing that stands out about Lodge Park is the service though, the staff will go above and beyond to make sure you have the most incredible stay. Concierge will organise transfers, restaurant bookings, ski passes, etc. My father unfortunately broke his ankle on the trip and again, the staff couldn’t be more helpful to transport us to the medical centre, translate the documents and provide him with crutches whilst we sorted out some from the pharmacy. We ate a few times at the hotel and the food was to die for - if I didn’t want to leave the hotel, I would have happily eaten here everyday! Whether you are a couple, family, on business, do not hesitate to stay here. You will not be disappointed.
