Forest Dunes 1501 Escape!

The room was nice, spacious and clean. Like that it was a bath and a half.

I like that they are condos so you have a full kitchen but it could definitely use some updates and the staff could clean a little better than what was cleaned. The bathtub had mildew and the table in the kitchen looked dirty, the carpet was definitely filthy. I just felt like I needed to clean it. If they did some updates and learned how to clean properly then it would be a good place to stay.

The room needs updating. The room wasn’t 100% clean. The whole experience was about a 3.5 out of 5.

The area is quiet. It is not on the beach, but you walk 50 feet and your on the beach. The ocean view is good. Buildings next to the hotel are low rise. From the 11th floor we had a good view even several rooms back. The age of the hotel shows. The building is not kept up well.

Everything about Forest dunes resort was horrible an nasty the room I had was moded an dusted the couch Was nasty an had a bad smell in it will never go there again

It was great, loved how nice the rooms were. And I had a good experience.

Amazing! Beautiful! Just a couple of cosmetic things wrong with the room, but overall great!

The first condo assigned was not up to par. We asked for another one and it was perfect. The staff were very accommodating. We will stay there again. Loved the pool and the Lazy river pool. Loved the cleanliness of the second condo as the first one was dirty with old furniture and torn pillows. Also stains on the sheets. All the light switches were dirty. There were crumbs on the floor around the table. I could not have stayed in that one. I’m so appreciate the staff that moved me to another one. She was awesome.

Good place to stay at the beach. Clean rooms and an area you could walk.
