It was perfect holiday, it was good service, especially habibi who greeted us was very welcoming and friendly showed us all the things in the hotel we needed very much recommend this hotel. Also the food was at a high standard considering it is only a 4*

We had a great experience with this hotel in Tunisia! Although we met some amazing people that we’ll never forgot, we have also got to review the other side of the hotel. Lovely warm welcoming from Habibi, he was such a gem with my son and such a friendly funny person. Food was very different, lots of fish! Some days were better than others, some days there were less options than the rest! Chefs were very kind, especially the younger chefs! Serving staff was kind however over powering with my son, constantly watching him, touching/kissing him & wiping his face/chest whilst he was trying to eat. This stopped him from eating his usual amount of food, he lost his appetite for a few days until the upcoming days when we were due to leave! Bartenders were great, again very friendly and polite! The animation group was ultimately AMAZING! I honestly don’t think I could put into words how funny and great they all were! Constantly creating fun for us to have, they all cared for my son in many ways, especially Iheb, such a kind and generous soul! I want to say a massive thank you to Iheb, Deano & Bahad, we will definitely see you again next year for another 7 days of fun! The overall hotel was very clean, staff always seemed to be making themselves busy! Seemed great at first until you were taken into the hallways/rooms in which I would say seemed quite run down, old carpets, broken fridges, some low shower pressures! We wasn’t looking forward to spending 7 days here until we found our people and the animation team and then 7 days seemed way to short for us! Beach and swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) were all clean, lots of cats about and kittens who had just been born, so sweet! You can definitely see that the manager of this hotel looks after them very well as this one cat follows him around daily in the outdoor area whilst he sweeps! We will definitely be coming back to this hotel as lots of memories were had and we are excited to create some more with our favourite animation group and friends we made here! Without the people we would not be coming back, so thank you everyone who made my sons first holiday one that I will always remember🇹🇳 Courtney & Remy!🩵

Outstanding experience.

Ik kom er al meer dan 10 jaar steeds zegt men te renoveren maar is oude bende. Personeel is wel heel aardig en behulpzaam. Laatst dag deed de airo het niet

Personnel sympathique. Hôtel propre. Moins de choix de produits au restaurant qu' auparavant. Seul bemol:Fruits de moyenne qualité. Très bon rapport qualité prix. J'y reviendrais.

This hotel is still great but it’s definitely not as impressive as it was last time I stayed in September of 2022. There’s less food choice in the dining area and no option for all inclusive including alcohol. The facilities are still exceptional along with the staff though.

Sehr Alt ohne Renovation und nicht sauber. Herr Echi ist der Best er ist überall helfe bereit und sehr Professionell.Aber Allgemeine das Hotel ist gar nicht zu weiter empfohlen
