El Mouradi Port El Kantaoui

I surely enjoyed our stay There were few flows but we managed to work round these. No iron No kettle which would have helped to have tea or coffee in the room. Rooms were spacious Staff were amazing esp Inaya in the dining hall, she works hard and very friendly. Main entertainer was very good and kept the spirit Rooms were abit outdated, but clean. Many areas were looking smokey but not sure why. Beach was steps away and staff at the beach were very good to sort out chairs and cushions. Reception staff were good and helpful.

Great hotel, loved everything about it, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in great people and great food, love this hotel I will be coming back definitely, everything was wonderful and worth every penny. Every night they have different shows on also disco was great.

Worse hotel ever. Reception has a very bad service. Never ever again. A motel here in USA way better than that Hotel

Everything it was amazing good poepel good service specially reception and specially "wael habibi" he very good person and he makes everyone smile and also great service in the bar and animation it was amazing holiday and good people here and good working people

Nice beach and pool. The rest average to poor. Naf breakfast, poor buffet dinner.rooms from 1980s. No wifi.

I had the best time at this hotel. Everyday from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to bed. I made lots of new friends and had a great time. The management was lovely and the entertainment team was the best. The rooms were a good size and were lovely. All in all I had a great time and am coming back soon

El Mouradi Port El Kantaoui has been a heart warming and beautiful experience. ALL staff have been incredibly lovely and so kind to us during our stay. TOP quality and delicious food!!!!! Only downside beach could be cleaner but not affiliated with the hotel. Recommend for everyone, go play pétanque and archery, so much fun! - you’ll meet some great people. Thank you to all the wonderful and beautiful people we got to meet. P.S. needs English breakfast tea (all day)

I don’t know where to start but wow. Once I had read the reviews I thought I may have made a mistake in booking this hotel but please do not be put off by the negativity. We are an easy going couple, we aren’t too interested in the size of the room or the decor of the room due to the fact we’re their to explore, be out of the hotel room and just enjoy ourselves!! On arrival we went to the desk to check in. They put wrist bands on us and told us to go straight to the restaurant, keeping in mine it was after 9pm when we got there. We were seated at a table and honestly felt like royalty. Plate after plate of food god served to our table from every direction to ensure we had eaten! We the. Checked in and got shown two rooms and had the choice. Yes, the rooms did smell a bit but after a day of leaving the balcony door open, that had gone! The rooms are a little dated but again, why come on holiday to just spend your days in the room? The staff could not do enough for us! I needed a safety pin for my dress one evening, not a massive deal but the porter got every free staff member rallying around trying to find me one. There was a lovely waitress called Dalila (I think) and she was the sweetest soul! By the second day we would walk in at breakfast, she would instantly get us our coffees and orange juice and set the table for us, we never expected or asked for this. There was plenty of choice for food, it wasn’t piping hot but they’re playing up and dishing out for however many guests, I didn’t have a complaint about this though!! I would definitely recommend going just out of season if you’re looking for a quieter more relaxed vibe. We met some lovely people there and the staff have time for you! The animation team are what made our holiday!!!! Every day they would come over to us and other couples and families and chat to them, if you have a good sense of humour they will be your best friend!! We were very very sad to leave them and would recommend and advise you on anything! The three young lads will be very very missed and we are now trying our hardest to get back as soon as possible!! Please do not be out off if your are easy going and just want a fun holiday! Please watch out for scammers out of the hotel that will see your band on your wrist and say they work for the hotel, they won’t work for the hotel and then will do something and expect payment or take you to the expensive shops. Once we were told this we got things at a very reasonable price and the animation team worked their magic on anything we wanted to do at a cost which they would pay! One of the best holidays we’ve been on, I even shed a tear when leaving. Thankyou el mouradi port!! We will be seeing you VERY soon. ❤️

First time in Tunisia. Had a relaxing lovely week. Hotel staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The animation team are always smiling and have made the evenings fun. Lovely indoor and outdoor pool and the hotel is right on the beach front. Will be sad to leave.

Great stay here. Room on the small side but view from balcony made up for that! Clean all round, room cleaned each day and bed remade. Food plenty, variety good. Waiter/waitress attentive and made my birthday celebrations fab with animation team ( a sweet guy who goes by the name Fraanko amongst others)who sang Happy birthday to me in the restaurant and made a cake! Indoor pool clean and warm. Entertainment ok taking into consideration the month. And right on a beautiful beach! Would stay here again.
