Me gestionaron el cambio de la reserva desde la recepción sin ningún problema. Diligentes y educados. Flexibilidad horaria en el traslado que ofrecen al aeropuerto.

La ducha no tiene altura regulable, aunque te ofrecen gratis el gorro de ducha que evita mojarse el pelo. El café del desayuno puede ser mejorado.

we were there twice, paid the same price basically and asked for the same room types. the first time we got free breakfast and the single room was big, the second time we did not get free breakfast and the single room was very tiny

Мястото е много удобно за нощен полет,персонала изключително любезен-бях помолила за такси на сутринта,което от хотела извикаха още предната вечер,но на сутринта не дойде.Господина от рецепцията веднага ми организира трансфер от хотела въпреки,че не беше наличен по това време.
