The price

The front office lady didn't speak English so it was hard to communicate, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower had black stains all over, the toilet wasn't secured to the floor, there was no toilet paper and the ice machine didn't work. Even for a super 8 I was super disappointed

Ripped carpet . Needed some painting. Just overall maintenance.
