Staff were very helpful and friendly 🙂 Hotel met all our requirements beforehand and during our stay. Food was excellent.

Our window was only able to open very slightly. However, the hotel provided a fan when requested.

I just didn’t like that there was works going on at 8:30am for 3 mornings in a row

Staff were lovely, location excellent with free parking just over the road . Good selection at breakfast.

I felt we had been given the worst room in the hotel. We were round the corner from the conference facilities, only 1 other room near us. It was a very old tired room in need of refurbishment. A chipped bath with a shower over the bath that had little water pressure and was not that warm. There was no air conditioning, chipped furniture and having been told there was a water station on every floor as you leave the lift, it took me nearly 5 minutes to locate it and get back to my room. We did stay in the middle of the heatwave, but had to request a fan as the room was so hot and the window barely opened. The staff brought one quite quickly but it didn't work properly and we had to request another one.
