Great hotel, Great town, stayed in the Talbot many times and always had a great experience

I complained about my room on the first day and said it was not what I paid for. The receptionist said the hotel was full and nothing she could do. No worries I'll leave it with you. I left it and when checking out I said to the girl on reception that I was disappointed after paying nearly 500 euros for a very small room. Then another woman at reception butted in and was aggressive and said that was what we paid for. I said we've stayed here many times and then she asked me for my room number the last time I stayed. I was very annoyed with her attitude and she needs to understand that working in hospitality involves great customer satisfaction. She needs to be retrained or go back to her home country
