"The room was poor and we will not stay there again"

The floor of the room was repaired with screws, which were very rough on the feet. The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken. I had to leave a credit card to book a room, and I was to pay at the resort; they took the payment from the credit card

They don't have breakfast anymore. The bed was the most comfortable i have ever slept on. The room smelled musty, and the bathroom really needs a make over, the towel rack kept falling off, and you had to wait for hot water forever. We were put in the pet section and we didn't have a pet.

What breakfast? Not offered even though map states breakfast room.

This property is extremely poorly managed and maintained. Looks like it was built in 40s or 50s- nothing updated or maintained since then. Several residents looked very shady and saw a homeless guy hanging around. Terribly overpriced- what a dump. Police are familiar with calls to this place/ we saw 3 police cars there one night of our stay plus numerous people yelling gibberish in the parking lot. Clean towels delivered in a garbage bag left on a chair by your entry door. Plus a live tick on or of the towels. Pop locks- not secure. Maintenance man yelling at cops. It says no pets- many dogs barking - very disturbing.unit so damp clothes and sheets felt wet all the time.

It smelt like mold really bad, we had to keep the ac on full blast with windows open to help with the smell. The floors were extremely soft and coming apart.
