Majestic Regency Resort

The price was awsome. We got a 2 bedroom suite and a second room with a queen bed for less than $250 a night

No wash clothes, tissues, or paper towels.

The bed was so comfortable.

The only issue we had was the fact that we asked for more towels and toilet paper and never received them. We stayed for three nights and they never gave us new towels or toilet paper.

Location is nice, close to Ogunquit where all the fun is. I liked the 2 bedroom suite so I could stay together with my friends

I was charged $75 for a service animal which is illegal. I called customer service to complain and was able to get my money refunded. That kid who works there needs to learn what is legal and what isn't to charge for. Just don't give him your card. The room floor was filthy, windows wouldn't open, the bed springs were so loud it felt like an ice machine every time i switched sides. The stove was broken and there was no creamer for coffee. Sliding door was broken and the screen was torn. The place needs updating. They shouldn't charge more than $100 per night based on the quality they offer.

My room was clean and very cute.

Bathroom baseboard disattaching from wall exposing dirty areas underneath. Grounds unkempt. Overall rundown appearance. Overpriced for overall condition, and I think calling it a resort is a stretch and misleading, at best!
