Staff was excellent

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming, but what really stood out was the kindness of the staff. During my stay, I realized I had forgotten an important product at home. Although the hotel did not sell it, the woman at the front desk happened to have one in her own purse and generously offered it to me without hesitation. That level of thoughtfulness and genuine care is something you do not forget. It is rare to come across people who go so far out of their way to help a guest feel comfortable, and that small act made a big impression on me. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.

Couldn't have chosen a better hotel. Check in was easy. The girl at the desk, Ayesha was a delight. Unfortunately, our visit was for a funeral and she literally brightened our days. The cleaning staff were so friendly and on top of everything. The breakfast each morning was better than we expected. Would definitely choose the Hilton again.
