Hotel is perfect location, walking distance to city centre and barbican. Rooms has everything you need, clean comfortable. Breakfast lovely and bar has a good selection on the menu daily. We stay here regularly as have family in Plymouth and visit often

Staff were friendly and facilities were good, bathroom was a little dated, location was right near Barbican area which was ideal for our stay and air conditioning was a plus as it was very hot in Plymouth during our visit, also car park right next to hotel.

Bathroom was dated and view from room wasn’t great, the windows were grubby and bird poo on then and discarded pill packet on sill outside our room

Clean and perfect for a one night stay

Too much pepper in the breakfast. Almost all of the cooked food was covered in it. Otherwise it was very nice.

Location was excellent for the city centre and the marina, theatre etc Staff were friendly and efficient but relaxed. Room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfy with plenty of pillows. Room had opening window and air conditioning which was welcome due to heat during stay. Executive room had Nespresso machine,iron and ironing board , hairdryer, good toiletries. Good lifts to all floors. Breakfast was good and plentiful with friendly staff .

Would have preferred walk in shower to over bath but water pressure was good . Some noise from area overlooking the back but largely resolved by closing the window
