The staff were so nice I was with my 8 year old daughter and they were so nice to her it was very refreshing, as most places don't even bother to speak to the kids ... Also we left my daughters fire stick in the tv in the room and when I went back they had it for me within minutes which was a massive thing for my autistic daughter that was so stressed we had left it ... the room was so comfortable with lots of teas and coffee to choose from,, I have stayed there before and will most definitely be staying there again,,

The only thing I would say is the fact there wasn't a gym for me to go to, apart from that it was brilliant
