Many of the staff members were not friendly, and the reception experience was very poor. I felt that guests were being treated differently based on the color of the wristband they were wearing. Because of this, I felt compelled to upgrade my booking just to receive a more comfortable and satisfactory experience. Overall, this was disappointing and not what I expected from the hotel.
