كل شيء اعجبني وكنت سعيدة جدا اثناء الاقامة

Una garanzia da anni, tutto è stato perfetto.. ci hanno accontentato sulla richiesta della stanza che volevamo, cibo perfetto e abbondante..molto vario.. spiaggia privata attrezzata con teli e lettini.. sei praticamente a naama bay.. Alla reception Ali Elgebali è stato fantastico.. ci torneremo..

Overall, we had a good stay at Naama Bay Hotel. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the service was generally decent. The hotel itself is a little outdated and could benefit from some refurbishment, but for the price and location it was still enjoyable. The breakfast was probably the weakest part of the experience. The selection was quite bland and repetitive, with the same items offered every day. During our 5-day stay, we only had breakfast twice because it was very average. Up until checkout, I would have said our stay was amazing and that we genuinely loved our time there. In fact, we were already considering returning in the future with our family. Unfortunately, the way our departure was handled completely changed our opinion.

At checkout, we were presented with a damage report for a small crack in the balcony glass door that we had not even noticed during our stay. There was no discussion, no questions asked, and no attempt to establish what had happened. We were simply told that we needed to pay for it. After a lengthy back-and-forth discussion, staff then asked us to sign the damage report. I refused to sign it unless I was allowed to write that the damage was not caused by us, as I did not want the document to be used later to justify a charge to our credit card. Eventually, after further arguing, we were not required to pay, but the entire situation was extremely upsetting and disappointing. It’s a real shame because, until that point, we had thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What should have been a positive experience ended on a very sour note. The way this was handled has unfortunately put us off returning, despite originally planning to come back with our family.
