Comfort Inn & Suites Walla Walla

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating.

The eyes at the buffet were fine but the cheese inside was not good.

I had made paid reservation through ORBITZ .com for a room overlooking the river. The receptionist said there was no rooms on that side for available at the rate I paid. Ended up having to take a room on the opposite side of the building. A ripe off - false advertising. Also I had to make a deposit for incidentals - we used nothing, A refund has not been posted to my account.

Staff was very friendly an accommodating. Room was as described with adequate amenities. Premises was clean. Breakfast was OK.

Charge on the credit card is a nightmare. Still not settled. Manager told my friend it could take 5 days. Staff didn’t response very well to request for more towels and Kleenex. Got SOME towels no Kleenex. The girl at the front desk even wrote it down when I was standing there in front of her.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Air conditioner needs service as it was very loud. The location made it easy to get around.

Clean and comfy bed. Very outdated furniture! Nice staff. Breakfast was standard fair. Fixed drapes needed help. Plenty of parking and easy access. Old school AC/heating. Must choose either heat or cool. Good size bathroom, but limited towels provided. Must ask for more.
