Very comfy bed and nice and quiet

It was just a bit warm in the room and the windows barely opened for air and the bathroom radiator was on full the whole time

Excellent hotel with good food and a nice, 15m pool (and a gym which I didn’t use). Very handy if you’re going to Lancaster university.

This was a good hotel with a pool, not far off the route to Scotland. I had a very relaxing short stay.

Excellent location for being close to the uni campus.

Just stupid hotel stuff. The pillows were awful. The bathroom extractor fan ran the whole time whether the lights were on or not (no isolation switch). Staff response: they’re on a timer, they go off at midnight. Ridiculous.

Everything! Attentive staff, wonderful spa, yummy food and relaxed atmosphere. The beds are mega comfy and soft. Staying at this hotel is like respite away from our hectic lives. Heaven!
