SpringHill Suites by Marriott Terre Haute

I found that the hotel looked great in the lobby, but when we got to our room we were very disappointed. the carpeting was old & looked very dirty. The room was very dark & dingy. The configuration of the room was very strange. The drapes were dirty. I would never stay there again. Price too high for the quality.

Reservation made 1 year in advance. Received early check in notice day of expected stay. Upon arrival told the rooms we requested were not available. They put us at the Holiday Inn

Hotel is in an easily accessible, convenient location. Staff was friendly. Room was disappointing. Beds were clean and comfortable. Overall condition was poor though. Cracks in ceiling, tears and stains on pull out sofa, could definitely use some upkeep and repairs.

We were disappointed to be turned away from check-in at 3:25 pm. I realize check-in is at 4, but at this venture I would think they had rooms available. The temps outside were freezing and there wasn't really room in the lobby to wait because of all the travelers waiting for rooms. We had to go have an early dinner to pass the time. The room was spacious. Although we appreciated the hotel's "quiet hours" the wall beneath the bench in the shower was rife with mold. Breakfast options were very good, and most of the staff was friendly.

Great place. spacious room with tall ceilings. easy parking. shopping malls nearby. besides highway, easy go in and out. excellent wifi. clean room. only drawback is the hotel located behind holiday Inn, hard to find initially. need better sign outside on the street.

The staff were super nice. The room is kind of old and needs some updates.

Nice and quiet. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast area with a good selection.
