Die Hotelanlage ist sehr Idyllisch gestaltet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets zuvorkommend. Der Service war super. Besonders gefallen hat mir der Flughafentransfer und der kostenlose Chauffeurservice innerhalb von Nusa Dua. Die Villa und der Pool sind traumhaft schön. Das Essen war sehr gut. Kann das Resort nur weiterempfehlen, war begeistert.

Das Gym ist sehr veraltet.

The service was amazing and the villa was so clean and comfortable. Doors in the bathroom opened to the pool which was a great size. The food was also excellent!

Very stylish beautiful simplistic resort. Easy to get to and perfectly clean with great amenities. The choice of soaps, moisturiser in room were top quality. The room and pool in villa were massive, At least 6 to 7 metres long and perfect for decent swims. Bed come and pillows perfect with variety of hard n soft. Air cond and fan kept temperature perfectly. Staff were really cheerful, happy and helpful, a shout out to Imelda from reception who quickly sorted any issue or request. The food in restaurant was delicious and plenty of variety which was important as we were there for Nyepi Day. Only 1 neg food experience... Worst ever spring rolls / Lumpi. Rendang was a stand out as were steaks and my gosh the morning juices were delicious. Big pools also great... Some other reviews complained about stairs although they were not arduous plus there is a flat walking path alternative. We had a couple session in spa, my partner had plenty of 'Knots' which were worked on with skill. My 3 hr spa treatment which was included facial was incredible... very very impressed. Lovely positive experience at this resort.

No flyspray nor coils in our door bale area and insects were a big problem in evening. Only bad dish from kitchen was spring rolls, inside content was almost 'stew' like, wet and awful taste. Outside was well over fried to almost burnt.... inedible. We ate in restaurant several times and also room service. We had to request dishes be extra hot after 3rd delivery as quite lukewarm and we had a room closest to kitchen. The resort could do with an activity area like pool table or chess etc would be my only improvement recommendation, apart from better insect management or provide coils.

Our second visit to the Bale and it didn't disappoint. Extremely friendly staff, lovely facilities and a very relaxing stay.

We ate in the Tapas restaurant one night and we were the only ones there so it lacked a bit of atmosphere.
