The property is well located, and access to Canna Beach Club is definitely a plus. The private pool is quite big, and we also enjoyed the outdoor bed, which was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the perfect experience, despite the very high price we paid for 9 nights (almost €3,000). Since we came directly from another 5-star resort in Ubud, we could easily compare the difference in quality. First of all, the main door knob fell off the very first time we tried to lock the door (though it was repaired quickly). The sliding doors to the pool and garden were almost stuck; my wife couldn’t open them at all, and even I had to struggle. They attempted to fix one in the first days without success, and only after 6 nights was one door properly repaired. During rain, water entered the bathroom beneath the glass wall. The furniture feels outdated and gives off a strange odor (including inside the wardrobe). The main wooden room door was also broken, even the staff sometimes struggled to close it properly. The garden walls show clear water infiltration damage, with sections falling apart and stained black. Breakfast was generally good, but not always exactly what we ordered. On the positive side, the staff were always kind and helpful, and we know it wasn’t their fault. However, overall, we don’t believe the experience was worth the money, considering the standard expected from a 5-star property.

Absolutely stunning rooms with private pool. Very luxurious. Amazing staff throughout the property. Delicious breakfast. Excellent service any time of the day by front of house staff and fantastic drivers.

The stairs! Whilst necessary, we ended up dreading the stair climb a couple of times a day!

It is an oasis of calm in a very busy place.

Beautiful, well appointed villas in a more secluded part of Nusa Dua but only a short walk from all the main areas. We stayed in the Deluxe One Bedroom Private Pool Villa, and it was outstanding. Very spacious with a lovely pool and outdoor day bed. The breakfast at the hotel was also excellent and the staff did everything to accommodate us throughout our stay. Special shoutout to both Dita and Bayu who were amazing during our stay! Another great service was the private chauffeur offered to take you to dinner and collect you. Highly recommend The Bale to anyone wanting a relaxing child-free stay in Nusa Dua.

Not much but the hotel gym could do with an upgrade. Very basic and outdated equipment compared to the quality of other facilities at the Bale

The location is in a prime area and is easily accessible from almost anywhere around Benoa. The rooms are also very spacious and feature a generously sized pool.

The breakfast is subpar compared to other villas around Benoa. Additionally, the gym is not well-maintained; the equipment is old and slightly rusted.

Boli sme milo prekvapení hlavne zo služieb , ktoré boli na vysokej úrovni .Odporúčam každému kto hľadá maximálne súkromie a luxus . Jedlo bolo famózne . Ani raz sa nám nestalo aby sme neboli s niečím spokojní. Precestovali sme už veľa po celom svete ale The Bale Nusa Dua je na veľmi vysokej úrovni a prekonalo aj známe hotelové značky . Ľudia sú tu naozaj veľmi príjemní a vždy usmiaty a pripravení splniť každé želanie . 10 bodov je málo na ohodnotenie . Ďakujeme a tešíme sa na budúce
