"Disappointing. This was a repeat stay but not again"

Check in was terrible. Over an hour to take care 3 people ahead of me. 3 potential guests walked out tired of waiting. Poor attitude of staff, poor command of the English language. Breakfast was not ready until 6:20 and then no butter, no syrup, no juice. Room was not vacuumed.
