The outside of the villa looks nice but the inside was terrible. The villa was spacious but the furniture and fixtures are in bad condition. The amenities were limited and service was very basic.

Breakfast: No ala carte option available unlike other hotels where you see a wide spread items on menu. Per head only one plate of predefined items to be selected in advance. While booking, Breakfast was shown complimentary but it was never mentioned that you can order only 1 coffee, if you order coffee one more time - Restaurant staff says it is chargeable. At times staff reacts as if you asked for the most expensive dish for free.

Beautiful clean quiet villa

Great Location!, Close to many places (Kuta) and best beach clubs. I travelled with 6 of my family members and we stayed in the 5 bedroom villa. While the staff cleaned the property every day, the properly was quite run down and many things hadn’t been updated in a long time, also all rooms had aircon but the downstairs main living area does not, however it was quite cool in the evenings when we got home and they brought coolers to us to use incase we got hot. While this was the case, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the pool. The villas restaurant had great food which came out quick and we all had ice in our drinks, no one got sick. The staff were always very friendly and accomodating to the best of their ability. We had a good time but I think next time we would pick a more modern villa.

Lovely outdoor pool area very open comfy king size beds quiet rooms great cold aircon. Great meals very accommodating to food requests.

Minor maintenance issues nothing to stop you enjoy the facilities. Not provided with soap and every handbasin, no tea towel or dish drying rack.

Great location and pool.
