The beach! Absolutely stunning. Whole day beach. Very well set up. The rooms are clean and the hot water shower, amazing. The entertainment every night after dinner is authentic and well - timed And the food is above average Great beach bar!!

More beach beds! The location is so excellent - right on the beach - you'll spend the whole day there. It's a rush for beach beds which should not be happening on vacation that is paid for. So - have enough beach beds for the guest count. There is space on the property at the beach to store more. Also - visit the local supermarket less than 5 minutes away before you deal with the beach boys selling on the beach It gives you an idea of the prices - and also - there are real products made by real Kenyan enterprises on sale.

Hieno puutarha, hyvä aamiainen, apinoiden touhua puutarhassa oli mukava seurata. Ryssiä ei juuri näkynyt.

Huono ranta snorklaukseen, paikalliset rantapummit oli rasittavia, Masaimiehet rannalla sentään käyttäytyi hyvin. Yli 3 yön varauksiin olisi pitänyt saada erityis palveluita mm.ala carte illlallinen, mutta koska meillä oli varaus bookingcomin kautta niitä ei herunut.

Everything is perfect. Great views, food, people, kids club, beach, activities. Loved it all!! 10/10 would recommend and will be returning!!

Would only recommend doing half board instead of all inclusive because we ate too much 🤣 the food was irresistibly delicious

The rooms were old and not very aesthetically pleasing

Great environment staff were welcoming and always asking if you are comfortable.

L'emplacement et le cadre étaient super. L'hotel dans son ensemble est très beau et a des activités plannifiés pour chaque soirée. Le personnel dans les bars et restaurants étaient très sympa et à l'écoute.

On nous a livré la chambre avec du retard et elle n'était pas propre (serviette utilisée toujours présente, sol avec des cheveux et poussière). Les équipements de la salle de bain ne fonctionnaient pas bien, notamment les toilettes. La dernière nuit, on a également été piqué par des petites bêtes en dormant. Nous avons également eu des soucis dans nos réservations à l'hotel, et nous n'avons pas ressenti de réaction ou tentative d'amélioration de la part des réceptionnistes lors de nos différents problêmes rencontrés.

Good beach facilities

Horrible customer service and management. Soon as I arrived at reception I could see and hear an upset family frustrated and complaining to a manager. I was hoping this was a one off but learned that other guests including ourselves had a horrible experience. Our AC was working intermittently which we lost sleep over. fair enough they resolved it but they didn't offer any compensation or sympathy.
