"Schöner Strand, keine 5 Sterne"

Super Lage und wunderschöner Strand. Manche Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, vor allem als es mir nicht gut ging, haben sie regelmäßig nach mir geschaut und man hat sich sehe gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr grün und es werden viele abwechslungsreiche Aktivitäten angeboten.

Das Hotel ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen und alles auf den ersten Blick schön, wenn man genauer hinsieht marode oder nicht einem 5 Sterne Standard entsprechend. -Bäder & Toilette sind sehr veraltet und nicht schön und die Armaturen stark verkalkt -Zu Abendessen werden Plastikstühle mit Hussen auf die Terrasse gestellt -Obwohl wir nach der Check In Zeit da waren, hat es 1 Stunde gedauert bis das Zimmer fertig war -Mehrfach keine Handtücher mehr gehabt, da das Housekeeping sie mit genommen hat -nur ein einziges Mal auf Nachfrage Turndown Service mit Mosquito Netz bekommen

Location right on a lovely beach . Plenty of small monkeys running around which we enjoyed .

We had a good massage but the massage room was just a old hotel room expected better from a hotel of that size.

I loved the available facilities. From the golf course, variety of swimming pools, clean beach and moreso the spa experience

That on checking in one of the staff tried to change my booked room type. Though I got an intervention and was rightfully placed, he made that moment quite unpleasant
