The property is amazing with a lot of facilities

The hotel is beautiful and all of the staff were amazing, room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We only had breakfast which was delicious

Only downside (for me) was the lack of clear signage meant I got a bit lost trying to navigate between my room and reception at night

Exceptionnel. Tout était parfait. Le personnel fait tout pour satisfaire le client.Les buffets étaient excellents et il y avait beaucoup de variété. J'ai passé une semaine très agréable, aucun stress. C'est ici que je sejournerai si je reviens à Diani Beach.

Was on the all-inclusive package. Easy favourite was the delicious pizza at the Frangipani Pizzeria.

Room was not cleaned very well. Cleaner was an old cranky man who seemed to resent the work. Found it impossible to tip him despite it being something I do faithfully at every facility I go. Service at the restaurant was mixed - some very good staff, but also others who were a little patronising to locals and very pandering to foreign guests.

Location. Very beautiful private beach. Courteous staff. Very good Buffy breakfasts, lunches and suppers. Very clean renovated sea view rooms. Breath taking views of the sea when you wake up

There were some major renovations going on in a number of structures. Despite shielding them off, there was still some noise during the day. However I guess there is no much they could do about that because we all need a well maintained and smart hotel

Between two safaris, we spent five days in this superb, well-located hotel. The meals were varied, the room very clean, and special mention goes to the many attentive staff members (from the chambermaids, maintenance staff, pool staff, waiters, receptionists, bartenders, taxi driver, and security personnel). We thoroughly enjoyed the Maasai show. A recommander le kongo river sunset and Robinson Island Hakuna Matata !

The beach boys are in front of the beach, but everything is very well secured with guards. They are very friendly once you get to know them by chatting; it's all part of the Kenyan experience. It's also worth noting that the hotel was undergoing renovations during this low season, which may have caused some noise that could bother some people, but the hotel is very large and it's always possible to find a quiet spot.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La struttura è curata, pulita e il personale si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e professionale. Le camere sono confortevoli e ben organizzate, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.

L’unico aspetto da migliorare riguarda la connessione Wi-Fi, che a volte risultava assente o instabile. Un servizio internet più affidabile renderebbe l’esperienza perfetta. Nel complesso, consiglio sicuramente questo hotel e ci tornerei volentieri.
