Everything was excellent. The staff were extremely professional, kind, and always ready to help with a sincere smile. From reception to housekeeping, everyone made us feel very welcome. The hotel is very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The location is great and convenient, and the overall atmosphere is calm and pleasant. You can really feel that the team puts effort and care into their work.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Our stay met and even exceeded our expectations.

​​The hotel's bed was undeniably big and comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The room was quite worn, but still nice, mostly clean upon arrival, and the lobby area was nicely designed and welcoming. The staff was kind.

​Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a multitude of issues, the most significant and bothersome of which was the unacceptable "spa" experience. ​The spa is located in the hotel's cellar and is a genuinely unpleasant environment. The massage rooms are small with visible mold on the walls, accompanied by an obvious, strong moldy smell. Both rooms were too cold and lacked any relaxing music. There was no ambient lightning, just the bright, general ceiling lights. The attached showers did not have hot water. ​As a couple, we were directed to separate rooms since they did not have a couple's room available - which was completely fine. ​My masseuse exhibited extremely unprofessional behavior. She threw her purse onto my neatly folded clothes, which left dirt that I later had to wash out. She then told me to move up the table so she could sit on the table between my legs instead of standing to massage me, meaning my face was not able to rest comfortably in the designated hole. The massage itself was the worst and most amateur I have ever paid for; she seemed either unskilled or lazy, spending an inexplicable 10 minutes "massaging" the back of my knees. ​The experience was made much worse (but started to make sense) when my partner revealed that he was offered sex services by his "masseuse," indicating the spa may be acting as a front for a prostitution service. This is utterly shocking and completely incompatible with a hotel positioning itself as "family-friendly." ​Other issues with the stay included: ​The room: Mold was present in the corners of the shower, and the water was only warm, not hot. We were left with only a third of a toilet paper roll and no replacement. Only two big towel and a floor towel were provided, with no hand or face towels. I had to ask for a bathrobe, which was then taken away and not replaced by housekeeping the same day. The hotel refused to provide additional large sleeping pillows.

A very good hotel in a decent location (a bit hard to access on foot, but taxi service is impeccable). The rooms are very nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet was great! Staff was fantastic and helpful (e.g. keeping some luggage in storage for a full week).

The gym is not well equipped and several machines were not functional. Would be great if there were water dispensers available on every floor.

Fix the toilet; by 12:00 noon, the room should be cleaned / tidied-up. You are charging 4~5 stars rate, but your services is only 3.2 stars.
