Helpful staff - Mr Hotlan and his team really go out of their way to take care of the guests. The swimming pool is great, airy and clean and also a good place to work if you want a bit of fresh air. There's a very handy convenience store right alongside the hotel, and the owner is very knowledgeable about the area, gave me some great tips about Medan that were new to me despite being a regular visitor to the area for over a decade. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and sound insulation is pretty good too. The downstairs café/bar has live piano music. Overall, a pleasant stay indeed, thank you!

Occasionally ran out of things on the menu, but they were usually back in stock within a day or two (and hardly unusual for Medan!)

Clean and comfortable hotel; great professional staff and very accommodating. Great breakfast buffet selection & F&B crew. Central and close to the Centrepoint and Medan Mall. Will be back!

Waiting area with sofa is far from main door. Need to stand in front of the door while waiting for our driver

Leider war die Decke nicht komplett sauber. Aber vielleicht hat auch die Waschmaschine den Fleck nicht komplett entfernt
