The Westin Annapolis

Basic hotel 4 stars, does not have upscale rooms. Left a day early as my next day flight was canceled and the hotel refused to credit me the night I missed. Very unfriendly staff.

Nice renovation. The hotel still has an awkward layout, but there is not really anything you can do about that. The renovation has made the rooms look bright and refreshed. Overall, it is very nice.

Pillows were very thick for sleeping but good for sitting up to watch tv. So those with neck issues, I recommend bringing your own pillow. Bed was very comfy. Room and bathroom was very clean. Free shuttle was perfect for a hot day to get down to the port and shopping. Internet was not great and only included basic plus fee, however you could watch YouTube and Netflix etc on the tv. My cell reception was terrible in the lobby and not the best in the room. In room products smelled great and the conditioner was good for dry hair. The staff at the lobby bar were wonderful.

Room was nice and staff friendly. Having the complimentary water and coffee (in the morning) in the lobby was nice. Was easy to walk downtown and to USNA. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay, staff was welcoming and helpful.

Maid service was less than satisfactory.

Everyone there was accommodating, the hotel and pool were clean and the valet service was extremely helpful and patient.

I have not had a better night’s sleep in years.

did NOT like having to pay for wifi. it's free with so many other establishments. why not yours? valet parking staff excellent but $39 a day?

Beautiful and comfortable and all of the staff were very kind and helpful.
