Great Experince. Will come back again next time for sure. Great location, excellent personal, big and comfortables rooms

This is a fantastic hotel

El trato del personal es de 10. Nada más llegamos. Nos cogieron el coche para aparcarlo y nos subieron las maletas a la habitación. Tras hacer el check in ( que fue muy rápido, cosa que se agradece) nos acompañó a la habitación Catarina, donde nos explicó con todo detalle y precisión cada una de las cosas de la habitación; cambio de la temperatura, sistema domótico, horario de los servicios, etc . Nos dieron una habitación superior a la que no habíamos contratado, cosa que nos avisaron en la recepción , por el mismo precio. El buffet está bien, sobre todo porque te preparan platos en el momento y te los llevan a la mesa.

El Hotel está muy limpio, y la atención del personal es exquisita; pero por poner algún pero comentaría; el baño de la habitación estaba en una planta inferior a la cual tenías que bajar tres escalones ( original, pero hay que tener cuidado) . La bañera estaba un pelín alta para poder salir y entrar de ella. El horario de servicio de spa y masajes finaliza a las 7:00 de la tarde por lo que si llegas tarde al Hotel no tienes opción de dicho servicio. Respecto al buffet comentaría que para un Hotel de cinco estrellas., para aquellos que somos cafeteros, creo que tendrían que poner máquina de Nespresso, así como, hacer el zumo de naranja natural en el momento. Tendrían que arreglar de otra forma la luz verde de la Wi-Fi router de la habitación, pues por la noche está la habitación alumbrada de color verde( mínimamente)

Arrived very late. 2 rooms 1 adult 1 child in each room. Woke up to motor vehicle traffic , then realised our room was above the exit to the underground car park. Made it clear not acceptable and management happy to move us. My wife’s suite huge and well equipped . Slightly different aspect so worked fine. I was not happy with the move offered and we ended up all in 1 room. Which actually worked perfectly well. So all good. Breakfast very nice and varied. Pool area lovely and plenty of space. Hotel for us was in a perfect spot. 5 minutes walk to Marina and 10 into town. Far enough away from the busy town for peace but convenient. One thing that impressed me were the staff. Every single person was delightful calm helpful and attentive . I discovered it’s a trait of the Portuguese people , delightful. Nothing to dislike about this hotel , however next time I’d book a sea view room and not a suite as they all are “land” views . Would definitely return to Amazon Cascais.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff! Superb rooms with views over the ocean. Great location near the city center. We loved it!

Outstanding hotel. I had a room with balcony overlooking the ocean. I think it’s call sea view. Excellent room. Service and location are great.

Excellent stay for a birthday celebration. What we enjoyed most was the service. They went above and beyond to make us feel happy during our stay. I enjoyed this stay very much and commend them for the excellent service. My only complaint is that the pool was not as warm as I would have hoped for swimming. Needs to be a bit warmer in the spring months.
