Magnolia Inn Kingsland

I have frequented this location off and on for two months. Most stays have been quiet and peaceful; however, this past weekend was an absolute nightmare. I was put in a joining room, which I had previously asked to be moved due to the fact that you can clearly hear every word, and every move made by the person(s), so why they booked me in this room again I do not understand. When asked to be moved, the front desk claimed there were no other rooms available, which was untrue. Then the fights began...Loud music, slamming doors, cussing as children were playing outside, fighting, breaking glass, three separate visits from the local police. Only one person was made to leave, and they let the loudest one stay! This was all well past the 10 pm hour!! Keep in mind, the Owner lives on site. No compensation made to those of us who had to listen to all of this our entire 3 day stay.

It definitely could of been better would of been better if I would of go the room I booked instead ofwhat I got

Extremely nice, helpful staff. Clean overall and property kept in good repair. Furnishings worn but clean and in good repair. Bed comfortable.

Rooms newly renovated. Still Working on updates. The room was clean. Lots of places nearby for food, fuel, etc. Bathroom fixtures needed updating but they are functional. Staff was great. Room was clean and more than served its purpose for a rest.

Gracious staff and excellent bedding helped so much after a fraught evacuation from Milton.

Good for the price happy we found a room. We were evacuating from the hurricane in Florida. It’s a nice basic hotel room. Kids even hit the pool.

Had trouble with the door key several times, room wasn’t filthy but not real clean either, ac wasn’t real cool, and there were 2 hotdogs in the refrigerator that weren’t mine.

Fine

Wasn't bad at all. "Breakfast included" but is only a coffee bar, with a couple of cupcakes and mini donuts. The room was clean.
