Very friendly staff, (accept the night lady) Budget friendly hotel right off interstate and surrounded by gas stations and restaurants. We had one issue with upstairs room flooding into our downstairs unit, but hotel staff addressed isssue immediately and moved us to a new room. Will stay again!

Not fancy but great value for the price. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, AC worked well. The refrigerator and coffee maker worked.

I have stayed here several times primarily due to price as I only needed a stop over to rest while driving and can’t afford a pricey hotel for a few hours. I was happily surprised to see the renovations made to make this a very nice inn. I had neglected to book a first floor room due to some slight mobility concerns and the desk clerk managed to switch me from second floor which I very much appreciated. The room featured a full size fridge, was very clean with a comfortable bed. My short stay was very enjoyable and this will be always be my first choice in the future.

Front desk ladies are awesome, even tho they have no air conditioning in the area they work, and its extremely hot outside, their attitudes were perky and they remained very professional!

I’ve had an amazing stay! Very quiet and also has amazing clean pool, my kids loved it! The room was clean and up to date. Also the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here if you’re passing through Kingsland, GA.

Amazing stay for my family every time! Great hospitality, clean rooms/swimming pool/property. Friendly staff. Very safe and quiet environment and Free Hot coffee all day. I Highly recommend as their prices beat all the other hotels/motels around.

This is one of our usual places to stay on our trip south. It is a little hard to find because it is in back of some other buildings, but, there is very little road noise because of that. It has outstanding coffee and a basic breakfast. The owners and workers are nice and act like they are happy that we are there. The rooms are very clean, and they have been doing some upgrades.

The receptionist was amazing the owner I assume was feeding the ducks but it’s a sketchy neighborhood I think people live at this hotel year round our door barely closed looked like it had been kicked in multiple times .the kitchens are great for longer stays but that’s pretty much where it ends .and there’s really nothing there .other then the historic stuff
