Beach Cove Resort

Beach was in front of hotel for easy access. Parking right across from hotel and is covered.

Pool area was nice. Easy to get to the beach. Beach was great

I liked the easy access to the beach. Updates needed to the rooms. We had several cockroaches in our room. Staff was helpful but could not refund the room because I booked through Expedia. Depending on how Expedia handles it will determine my reviews and future use of Expedia.

Outside area beautiful however the hotel rooms were in poor condition we had our balcony handle fall off and maintenance never came to fix it waited till we left to go home to fix. Loved the view however wouldn’t stay again

CONDO WAS OK, but the place was rundown.

Dissappointed as facility is aging not clean

I had to go back to the front desk the next day and get another room key because their system was down at check in and I couldn’t pay the incidental fee so I only got a temporary room key even though I booked and paid for two nights. The tv remotes did not work and I called the desk for service and was told maintenance would come fix it. The next day I reported that the ceiling was crumbling off onto the floor/bed in the room and was told maintenance would come clean up. My room was never checked on or cleaned up the whole two days of my stay. Very unhappy with my booking.
