The location was convenient to get to my grandmas house.

Noisy, dated, dirty. I had curly black hairs in my nightstand and on the toilet. There was a lubricant wrapper in the headboard and suspicious stains. We were traveling with our dogs and it was a holiday weekend but this was comically awful. Glad I travel with cleaning wipes so I could at least clean but we ended up switching hotels.

"Barking dog on 2nd floor,why are they allowed on 2nd floor"

I called to complain about a barking dog, several times. It did quiet for a time but everyonce I awhile I would hear it bark. It’s crazy they allow dogs on all floors, why not keep on bottom floor. I was on 2nd floor, it was 2-3 doors down. I’m am not happy. They have a charge for a dog but I’m the one putting up with the noise not the hotel. Maybe I should receive the money. The front desk said they talked to them more than once, when I asked to be moved to another room or floor, they said they had no rooms available, which is a lie, the parking lot wasn’t that full. Another issue is the phone didn’t work, said no phones worked so called on my cell phone to front desk. Also sink doesn’t drain, really slow. Dust on microwave so questioning the overall cleaning. I asked to receive call from mgr of hotel, I’d like my money back & certainly will not stay at a Hampton again especially if they allow dogs.
