Hampton Inn Lehi-Thanksgiving Point

Not great service. No recognition on gold status because system is down. Can’t extend reservation for similar reason. We need to call 800 number. 800 number similar issues. Our phone number was not on file so they couldn’t make the reservation. Spots throughout the floor. Maybe we need to move back to Marriott.

Loved the location, cleanliness, and comfort!

The sink faucet is very close to the edge and makes a mess every time it was used.

Easy on off the freeway and close to restaurants and gas stations. Staff was friendly and got us in our room a little early. Only complaint was the people above us sounded like they stomped everywhere they walked but it’s part of hotel stay

Nice location, beautiful place

Some of the staff were rude. My husband was in the room and our dogs were barking because the cleaning people were outside the room talking. It was reported that our dogs were disturbing other tenants at noonish hour. I was notified by phone call that our dogs were barking. The person was nice and polite but felt like it was more the staff who had the issue with the dogs barking.

So much walkable dining options, great amenities, good service, very clean, great free breakfast, very comfortable bed, easy parking and truly enjoyed the stay there

The lady that checked us in was super nice. We arrived 4.5 hours later than we had planned. It was a day. My wife swims every day and was planning to swim at the hotel. We arrived just as the pool closed. The lady was kind enough to help us out. Once the soccer team left the pool area, she contacted us and let us know we could get my wife's exercising in. So grateful for the kindness and help. Breakfast was hot and nice and the bed was very comfortable. We love to stay at Hampton Inn's and this one did not disappoint.

Friendly and helpful staff.

When I stay in a hotel I want everything clean and a comfortable bed I got thst and more. The rooms are updated though if you look closely you can see that it is an older hotel regardless, it’s well maintained and very clean and comfortable. Id certainly stay again.
