One World Hotel

One World is our go-to place in KL. Last year alone we stayed here five times. The hospitality is great, staff from front office to Concierge remember us. For 2024 we have already booked this hotel 3 times, each stay for about 5 days.

I have stayed at this hotel more than ten times. Room and breakfast are always very good. Very good access to the brand-new shopping mall.

My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.

Great service and attentiveness from staff. Hotel itself is very nice and worthy of a 4.5 star rating. Location is excellent, connected to the massive 1 Utama shopping centre and the Bandar Utama MRT station. Gym is very well equipped and maintained for a hotel gym and the pool is nice though a little small. However our bathroom smelled like stale cigarettes (even though it is a non smoking hotel so sombody may have been smoking near air conditioning vents) and did not dissipate through the night which actually made me sick from the smell especially as it seeped from the bathroom to our room. The hotel though moved us to another bigger room as a result with no further issues.

The One World hotel @ petaling jaya is very convenient as it is directly connected to the Utama Mega mall as compared to the newer hotel Avante, the One World hotel definitely is the best choice. The hotel breakfast buffet range is good hving variety choice, however the food seems either too salty or too plain but individual taste varies. As the hotel is connected to the mall there are lots of restr, retail, living style, Cinema theatre & 2 mega supermarket like Aeon & their local ones. The hotel room is spacious & clean, staff is very friendly & helpful. As I am self driving hence hotel provides free car park. I would definitely recommend friends or relatives to stay at One World hotel & I will revisit again next time going to KL.

Clean and nice hotel

3 night stay before our trip to Thailand. Very impressive hotel so we are booking for our return 4 nights before travelling back to uk. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, rooms great and breakfast was amazing
