One World Hotel

The room was upgraded. We really enjoyed the stay, thank you. It would’ve been better if there’s a fan in the bathroom. Breakfast selection was great. Room was comfy and clean. Staff in general is great.

I like the breakfast buffet, many varieties, polite and well trained staffs. The only thing that I dislike is wet and slippery bath room floor. Should enhance on this.

Tea n coffee provided only on arrival as free in the mini bar.nonrefillable.must pay if asked for more

This is our second stay with this hotel within the past 6 months. Excellent customer service , very clean and conveniently located. Will definitely stay here on our next visit to KL.

I am a regular at this hotel and have always enjoyed staying here. This trip they have kindly upgraded my room as part of my vip benefits, which was great! However, they will need to step up on maintaining cleanliness of the room. This morning when I woke up, I found a dead cockroach along the walkway towards the room door to exit. I almost freaked out but luckily it is dead. There was also a stench in the common corridor for days as I walked from lift to my room on 23rd floor. It was like stale food smell. Can improve on the cleanliness of the common corridor. Secondly, i was happy that the hotel provides free laundry of 3 pieces which I did utilize this trip. But when I came home, I then realised the blouse that’s sent for laundry, there were 2 holes right upfront on the blouse that looked like staple marks. My blouse was only worn once, sadly. the hotel should train the staff not to staple our clothes cos some materials can be damaged easily. Generally, I still love to stay here due to good service and convenience, but I do think it is time the hotel renovate and refurbish the rooms and parts of hotel as the wear and tear is becoming quite obvious in the different areas of the hotel.

It was our 3rd time here, and our stay was amazing. Their hospitality is top-notch, definitely gonna come here again.
