Strawberry Valley Inn

Tiffany was great and very helpful. The location is very convenient to downtown and peaceful and quiet. The breakfast is fine (blueberry waffle and a hard boiled egg). Coffee station in the lobby is nice and the coffee is good.

The rooms could use a refresh. The small TV in the bed area is very old and hard to hear. I would like a different coffee maker in the room, one that uses pods or capsules.

Big bed

Too noisy, requested to change room was denied. Housekeeping did not refresh room. I had to deal with orders from trash. Requested tea packets, not given.

Nice wooded setting, love the spacious king suite, great location in Mt Shasta. Friendly employees. Wine-tasting and light breakfast are nice extras.

You can hear people next door; older buildings don’t tend to have modern levels of sound-proofing, and I accept that.

Staff were kind and efficient.

No tissue. Old facility not properly maintained. Some power outlet not working. Vanity sink not drain well.

Big bed. Microwave, fridge Tanner was very helpful and girl with long blonde hair very welcoming. Morning girl with brown hair, not so much. I requested English breakfast tea and she did not give it to me.

Neighbors too close. Pine needles/ leaves in porch area Housekeeping staff did not refresh room or throw out trash. Weird train theme. Odor by chair. I requested room #17, but was talked out of it twice. This is March and they are sold out every night.
