The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful! The room was not the same as the one in the picture. The hot tub did not work. The bathroom wasn’t very nice. Had issues with the tv.

"Comfortable stay"

We had a comfortable stay at the La Quinta. The AC was a little off, which is why I set some ratings at a 4 instead of a 5. I believe, however, that the hotel was in the process of fixing an AC issue, since we saw AC equipment in boxes in the lobby and there were several fans set up in common areas.

"Worst hotel ever"

The staff here is absolutely horrible, they treat your horribly when you don’t do exactly as they want. They treat you like you’re stupid and not worth their time. I will never visit the La Quinta ever again. You’re customer service associates you should know how to treat customers with respect.
