Rooms are a little tired

Just returned home from yet another fabylous stay at this hotel. The staff go out of their way to accomodate you and they are all so friendly. We had Room 312 again and we are truly thankful to have this room. All the staff are lovely from reception to the maids. We visit here at least twice a year and will be returning again in September. The rooms are comfortable and totally adequate for our needs. The breakfast is lovely with lots of choice everyday. Rooms are cleaned daily with the exception of Thursday with fresh towels daily. Anthi and her team are exceptional. If anyone has any doubts about booking this hotel then dont it is lovely it a beautiful area right on the wonderful beach.

Very good location and beautiful beach, which was cleaned every day and never crowded.

Old and not very clean furniture, noisy, insects in the room. We paid in advance but the staff wanted us to pay again because we did not have the same card we had used for the advanced payment, very confusing and unprofessional.

Overall a pleasant stay but air conditioning faulty so very hot in the evening so not great for a good nights sleep. Bathroom shower complete rubbish, old and in need of complete refurb.

We are here now staying for a week in a side sea view studio and it’s lovely yes the hotel is dated but it is very charming relaxed & chilled & the the staff are lovely do everything in their power to make your stay as comfortable & joyable as can be. The beds are comfortable & there is everything you need in your kitchen area. I’ve had the privilege of travelling the world & staying in 5 star hotels but the location of the hotel is great, bus right outside the hotel 2 euro takes you anywhere in paphos & coral bay strip is 5 mins away in the bus or 15 mins walk. The beach bay at this hotel is breath taking. We will certainly be returning very soon, wonderful time here.

The facilities are poor. The shower is impossible to use. Breakfast is poor. No wifi except the reception.

Thank you to the hotel management and staff for a wonderful stay at your hotel! The hotel is located on the beach. Municipal sandy beach, comfortable, gentle entrance to the sea, without drops - great for children:) umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach paid, 7.5 euros per set (2+1). Large rooms, with kitchenette and fridge, large terrace with outdoor furniture. Daily cleaning, every second day change of bed linen. Comfortable beds. Well-maintained area, clean pool. A large number of umbrellas and sun loungers near the pool. Breakfasts are standard, no one will stay hungry:). Dinners in the restaurant overlooking the sea, tasty food, sufficient choice. Special thanks to the service staff in the restaurant - the guys are very polite, always ready to help! On my husband's birthday the hotel manager delivered a cake with a candle and a birthday card to the room - thank you very much, very nice! We arrived at the hotel around 11am and were immediately given room keys. On the day of arrival everyone is given a glass of drink:) On check out day, we were also allowed to be in the room until 1pm. We really enjoyed our holiday at the hotel !!!

Location is stunning, it's a shame this hotel is SO OLD. No money has been spent on it! The hotel is clean but furniture is just generations old, well used and worn, marked and badly repaired in places. The bed still has an actual spring mattress... in this day and age! There was only one power socket in bedroom... opposite the bed! Ducted air conditioning was hardly noticeable.. and certainly not adjustable. We stayed late May and it hardly managed to cool the room. Don't even think about going later in the year! Kitchen was out of a sixties drama and the bathroom barely better with poor repairs, missing grouting and horrible old, faded plastic light fitting, mirror and shelf... and a cheap toilet seat! No WiFi in room but only at Reception and garden. Dining facilities were basic with a mixed hot and cold but unappetising breakfast buffet. The hotel mini shop was always closed. Guests had to ask reception if they wanted to visit shop. We had to cut our stay short - we couldn't stay there any longer! As the saying goes "You pay your money and make your choice" ...but we cannot honestly recommend this place! 😞
