Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε απαράδεκτη κατάσταση. Ήταν υπερβολικά βρώμικο: η ντουζιέρα είχε εμφανείς φθορές παλαιότητας και τρίχες μέσα, ενώ το δωμάτιο συνολικά δεν ήταν καθαρό. Το κάλυμμα του κρεβατιού είχε πολλές φθορές, και το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε. Όταν επικοινώνησα με τη ρεσεψιόν, ήρθε ένας κύριος από τη Ρουμανία, ο οποίος ισχυρίστηκε ότι όλες αυτές τις βρωμιές τις προκαλέσαμε εμείς μέσα σε μόλις ένα τέταρτο από την άφιξή μας, πράγμα εξωφρενικό. Δεν συνιστώ με τίποτα αυτό το κατάλυμα· αποφύγετέ το. The hotel was in an unacceptable condition. It was extremely dirty: the shower was old, damaged, and had hair inside, while the entire room was not clean. The bed cover was very worn out, and the air conditioning did not work. When I contacted the reception, a man from Romania came and claimed that we had caused all this dirt ourselves within just fifteen minutes of entering the accommodation, which is outrageous. I do not recommend this place at all; avoid it. Hotel był w niedopuszczalnym stanie. Było tam niezwykle brudno: prysznic był stary, zniszczony i miał włosy w środku, a cały pokój nie był czysty. Narzuta na łóżko była bardzo zużyta, a klimatyzacja nie działała. Kiedy skontaktowałem się z recepcją, przyszedł mężczyzna z Rumunii i stwierdził, że cały ten brud spowodowaliśmy my sami w ciągu zaledwie piętnastu minut od przyjazdu, co jest oburzające. W żadnym wypadku nie polecam tego miejsca – unikajcie go.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο,ευρυχωρο, καθαρό κ άνετο. Το φαγητό υπέροχο και καλές τιμές. Το προσωπικο ευγενικό,πρόσχαρο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Η πισίνα απίθανη,καθαρή και ησυχία. Απιθανο ξενοδοχείο που μπορεί άνετα να πάρει 10!

Τα μπανια χρειάζονται επειγόντως ανακαινιση και οι εγκαταστασεις των υδραυλικών. Είναι κρίμα τόσο ωραίος χώρος να χαλά η εικόνα του από την κατάσταση του μπάνιου του. Θα ήταν προτιμότερο το πρωινό να είναι στην τιμη του δωματίου και λίγο ακριβό για 8€ το άτομο.

The food was tasty the staff was friendly. Please read below I enjoyed my stay overall but i was dissapointed. I expected a hotel of rhis stature to he in the same standards. Not well.managed or not enough money.

The building needs repair paint issues and humidity present. Arrival entry door access for wheelchairs steep ramp. Lobby ok. Access to rooms through old hinge doors with luggage is difficult to push springs back and hits on your toes. Not safe. Ramps in corridors too steep. Elevator 1 out of service other 1 stopping at number 2 always. No inspection certificate in elevarators and no ventilation. Rooms 307 old cupboards and appliances. Old stained couches x2. Child over 13 bed in living room stiff. Humidity on walls in and out on the terrace. Faucets old and corroded in bathroom. Toilet old. Shelf under mirror not straight and holes on the wall. No shampoo? Lights old not led. No usb ports. Bed wirh radio from the 1980s. No manager or supervisor to ardress thia issues. Swimming pool with excessive amount of chlorine and green algae on the surrounding of the pool. Out showers filthy with algae as well.

The location was beautiful and the pool was great for kids

The breakfast was poor and there was hardly any WiFi

The shower was a nightmare. The staff were unhelpful.

Worst experience. Firstly full payment was taken out my account with out my permission because I added on a extra day stay. Was meant to pay on arrival. Lost my bank card 2 weeks before travelling but got a new one in time. Turned up with my 6 year old son and refused check in because they needed to see my old payment card even though I'd payed.after 3 hours trying to find a phone number or someone from hotel.com for help was impossible. After raised voices with hotel manager made my son cry. I was then forced to pay for the full stay in hotel again on my new card with our spending money then waited 3 day's for a refund. 3 days no money, no help, from hotel or hotel. Com. The room was the furthest away, 6 flight of stairs the lift was broken. The room was so bad condition I almost walked back out . Paint flakes whole balcony, broken bath, holes in walls, stained bedding that was so worn and old , cooked lid broken, fridge no door shelves missing freezer door, dirty room. Looked at other people's rooms and ours was so bad it looked. Like a different hotel. Purely stayed so my son didn't cry again. No phone number to speak to hotel.com. virtual assistant had no options for help with this subject. Live chat resolved nothing at all.
