Corallia Beach Hotel Apartments

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. On arrival, there was a major issue with the booking. We booked a family holiday to arrive on the same day. On arrival at around 2am my brother and his partner were told there was no room available for them, despite it being confirmed and paid for. The choice was go to the sister hotel 4 miles away or stay with us. They were forced to sleep in our room for the first night, which was extremely inconvenient and completely unprofessional. Even worse, we were told not to mention this to Jet2, which felt very unprofessional. No apology made from reception The hotel facilities were also a disappointment. The bar closes at 10pm, which seems unusually early for a holiday hotel. Around the pool there was no atmosphere at all — no music, and the pool area itself looked dirty and poorly maintained. We had also paid for breakfast, but on the second morning staff claimed we hadn’t, and we were left feeling embarrassed and frustrated. Again no apology Best part, the beach! Probably because the hotel doesn’t have to run it Overall, the stay was disorganised, unwelcoming, and not up to the standard we expected. Definitely not a place we would return to, and not one I’d recommend to others.

We arrived Wednesday evening 3rd September 2025 only to be told by management there was a problem!! with our room and were shipped off to Theo Sunset Bay Holiday Village and were told to return Friday 5th after 12 noon. Our board basis at Corallia was self catering and a studio apartment with Seaview. Theo Sunset is not a self catering hotel so no facilities so we then had to pay for our meals. Yes we were given breakfast but our choice to prepare our own meals due to dietary requirements were taken away. Friday is here arrived back at Corallia to be told yes your room is now ready expecting a studio with a sea view which is what I paid for to be presented with a studio with a side view of a overflow gully and a quarter view of the sea. Which as far as i am concerned is a downgrade. When we arrived there was a gentlemen in front of us who had also been kicked out on the Wednesday with another family. Jet2 has been informed,all the way through and are working behind the scenes to get this sorted. So I am just sat in reception waiting. 3 days so far of holiday ruined. And the saddest thing of all i love this hotel. Update to follow

Hospitality can be better

Our holiday ended with a frightening safety failure and a shocking lack of responsibility from the hotel. My partner was trapped in the lift for 45 minutes in the Cyprus heat. Despite pressing the emergency buzzer repeatedly, he kept hearing" someone will be with you shortly", but no real help came for about 25 minutes. It started to get really hot inside, and he suffers from kidney disease also. When staff arrived they had no tools or training. My partner had to suggest a crow bar to help open the lift, he helped 2 maintenance workers force the door open, before crawling out through the bottom. ( the 2 men were lovely). The response afterwards was disgraceful. There was no management on duty at the time- just a receptionist who dismissed it with "it could happen anywhere " and told me speaking to a manager would be a waste of time. When he finally arrived at 3pm, I was made to wait about another 30-45 mins while he avoided me, only for him to smirk, repeat the same line " it could happen anywhere ", and walked away mid- conversation. The complete lack of acknowledgement of the seriousness of the incident, along with the receptionist avoiding the question of when the lift was last serviced, was deeply concerning. Other guests even commented that they found the handling appalling. Not only was this a terrifying and dangerous incident, but the complete lack of accountability, care or the professionalism from the hotel was shocking. This ruined our final day and left us with zero confidence in the safety or management of the property. While faults can happen anywhere, the lack of urgency, preparation and empathy was unbelievable. There appears to be no clear communication or reassurance about response times, safety procedures or aftercare. No goodwill gesture or even a cold drink offered and most importantly no apology. As paying guests, we expect not only well maintained facilities but also an appropriate duty of care and a professional response when safety incidents occur. If you are booked in here please use the stairs, as this could of easily been my daughter or an elderly person who would most probably would of panicked. I dread to think what could of happened.

les chambres sont un peu vieilles mais tres propres

Struttura molto carina e facilmente raggiungibile, struttura ha a disposizione una piscina privata e una spiaggia con stabilimento di ottima qualità.

One of the best holidays me and my 13 years old have at this right moment . Location is absolutely breathtaking, people are very friendly and helpful. Food is really good and the apartments are massive and spotless . Not even one problem that I can mention. Really the bad reviews don't make any sense because its a lovely place .

Hotel situat la malul mării cu piscina, șezlonguri la piscină, personal foarte amabil. Mobilierul puțin învechit, dar întreținut, camere foarte mari, cu balcon și mini bucătărie utilată. Internet decât la recepție. Se face curățenie zilnic. Plaja foarte frumoasa, fara pietre, șezlonguri 7.5 euro.

Nu au fost lucruri care sa nu îmi placă.
