Stay clear of this hotel. 1. we booked 2 rooms for 2 adults in each room on the same booking and another couple had booked separately. Upon arrival we were told we had a adjoining room which was fine because when you think of an adjoining room you think of two normal rooms just with a door in the middle that we wouldn't have to use. When we got up to the room, it was not. It was one apartment, the exact same apartment that a couple had last year all to themselves. There was one room for one couple and the other was just a made up sofa bed with another mattress put together. We had paid for TWO rooms with a lateral sea view. One of the made up beds was so uncomfortable that we actually found a spring had popped in it. We were told to go back to reception in the morning to get us separated. First thing in the morning we went to get it sorted and were told to return at 3pm, so we spent a whole day faffing to get this sorted. We returned at 3pm to a miserable manager who told us we could be separated but would be downgraded to not even having a sea view and the other couple on a completely separate booking would have to be moved to? why? Staff very unhelpful and not friendly. 2. Rooms don't get cleaned on Sundays, which isnt too had however we were not supplied with clean towels. My other half went down to reception to ask for 4 towels and he was told they wouldn't usually give any due to no room service on sundays. They eventually caved and gave us 2 clean towels between 4 of us... 3. Rooms dirty and dated. I put my socks on almost straight after showering and after just 10 minutes of walking around the room my socks were BLACK. Beds comfortable, no hair dryer in the room, no TV remote, the hand soap they provide is a tiny round thing that doesn't even really give any soap off of it. Taps don't work properly. Fridge doesn't get cold enough. Shower temperature will go from boiling hot to freezing cold to no water to water that comes out too powerful. Airconditioning is temperamental. 4. We stayed clear of the breakfast due to poor reviews of it anyways however we decided to have it on our last morning due to waiting for transfer to airport. It was vile. The fried eggs had been sat out for ages and looked majorly overcooked, the scrambled eggs were drowning in liquid, the sight of it made me want to gag. The bacon looked like it was cooked over a candle. The pancakes were stone cold and mushy, the bread was dry and rock solid. 5. Pool is average, their private beach is nice, however someone got stung by anenome on the rocks. Beds cost 2.50 euros each. Pool and beach beds are old and dated and uncomfortable. There is a bus stop in the car park to get you to where tou need to go, however the hotel itself isnt really walking distance to anywhere. The nearest bar is about a 10 minute walk and looks dead all the time. The strip is a 20-30 minute walk but all uphill. 6. Moral of the story, don't bother.

From start to finish was a nightmare on the first night we were put into a room that was so small and dated we couldn't use the shower as the shower curtain was too small and water would of gone onto the floor we asked to be moved from this room which cost us another £40 a night the room we upgraded to was just as bad we had to complain about the toilet wouldn't flush they sent the gardener to mend it that lasted all of 10nins then to be told it would be fixed again the following day again they sent the gardener up which then flooded the bathroom floor they used our bath towels to mop the water up and left us with a dirty bathroom We went to manager to complain and found a cleaner and asked them to clean the room she refused and said you clean it I refused and she just handed me clean towels again had to go to manager and explain he said I will send cleaner to your room we then put the air conditioning on and after a few hour we started to cough the air conditioning unit was disgusting covered in dust the bed had stains on it we complained but nothing was done we are now back home and had to visit our doctors due to bad chests the doctor has told us both we have bronchitis due to the dirty air conditioning we are on medication we left the hotel hours early we just couldn't stay there any longer. Never will I go back to this hotel it needs shutting down

So outdated and sad looking Bathroom and kitchen area need updating and actually the entire hotel. Definitely a throw back to the seventies that has been patched up

Well what can I say , we first stayed here about 12 years ago and we enjoyed it so much when we got the chance to return we jumped at the chance but this is where things went down hill faster than than that ball of cheese they chase here in England ! The hotel it's self has not changed at all including a lick of paint in the 12 years gap in fact the only change was the COVID precautions still in place long after the pandemic ! Actually there was probably less paint due to it falling off with age the air conditioning is antique we arrived after a delay at the airport not the hotels fault but definitely it did help when like so many others we spoke to and have seen on reviews here we were told there was not a room available for us and we would be moved to their sister hotel!!!what they didn't tell us that their sister hotel was A tiny little unit that in all honesty I would not have offered to a drug addict, we were dumped there miles from a shop bar or restaurant no food no bottles of water he did say we had use of the of the pool of the hotel next door we spoke with the owner and he agreed with us that it was unacceptable and he would sort it , which he did and we were moved to another hotel one I would have been happy to stay at , however we eventually moved back and although it was comfortable and has a great location being right on the beach the other big difference for us was our first visit had a lot more Cypriot employees on reception and in the bar and restaurant now there are lots of international employees and yes the do the job but the personal touches are missing I know it's a family run business and the recent loss of the father and other family health problems but the hotel is suffering and needs major investment to bring it up to date and sadly from being my favorite spot in Cyprus my familys next visit will not be to the Corallia beach apartments

Please don't waste your hard earned money on this relic of an excuse for a hotel. It's very old fashioned, dated, scruffy & our (half) room was pokey & disgusting. The oven & hob were filthy, mold on the grout in the kitchen & the bathroom was awful....the only positive thing about this hovel is the proximity to the beach. There are far superior places to stay in coral bay than here - in fact we've provisionally booked a beautiful, modern, well appointed little 5 star hotel apartment place with 20 rooms for nearly 40% cheaper than this relic was charging! Do your research, check different hotel reviews & whatever you do, avoid this dump! If it was possible to give it zero stars i would.

Appalling from start to finish. We had the same issues as everyone else. This was our last holiday to Cyprus as Husband recently has retired and was ruined by the awful way we were treated (like most of you). Shame as last year was bareable. Beautiful scenic views but unfortunately, a greedy family letting a once lovely place go to ruin (as their father made it before handing over to them) Some meals good some diabolical. Restaurant and bar staff ok. Reception staff ..... 🤬 Shocking! Our upgrade was a view of part sea and Car park with people doing donuts at night. Other than that !!!

Arrived at apartment to be told that they had over booked I booked well in advance,we were taken to another hotel which was appalling it had cockroaches in the cupboards we were told we had to stay for three days till a room was available on the Wednesday I am very disappointed about this and I am looking for some sort of compensation for the three days we were not in the apartments that we booked.

On arrival walked in reception was like stepping back to the 70s , got the key found our room but couldn't see the door lock as there was no lights working outside, so had to use phone, whe we walked in the room we were distraught it was terrible everything was very dated the kitchen was falling apart there was all rust on the ceiling, bathroom was filthy and the wall light was hanging of the wall. We went straight to reception and reported the issues and asked to be moved but they said they weren't any rooms available. So we rang jet2 and told them we want to move hotel as this is terrible, luckily next day we did, apparently there was quite a few complaints. We will not be returning and it's not a 3 star I'd give it 1 star.
