"Excellent"

The check in process was quick. The TV settings were all Spanish (could not trouble shoot since I speak English). The room cleanliness was acceptable, but not spic and span. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Everything was nice but the mirror over the sink was missing and while taking a shower the floor in the bathroom tub cracked under my heel

Nothing infested with roaches tow of the staff steal from customers

Hospitality and house keepers are nasty rush u out to clean so they can ransac your belongings they stole my crome cast when I had to switch because bathroom had mold ahit and cigarette burns everywhere not including the blood spatter and die drop from bed to the door and boogers on every room wall I been from bathroom to the wallls and head boards

Was close to hospital where my son is in ICU burn unit.

Lack of staff knowledge....lack of courtesy. Recharged me disregarding that reservation. Anonymous knocks on door and window at 4:30 a.m. scary for an older solo female.
